These terms describe use of Jeruah’s Omarchy Calendar integration and this informational website. Questions: jeruah@unal.edu.co
Purpose and access
The integration connects an authorized Google account to the Calendar for Omarchy desktop plugin for viewing calendars and events. Use it only with accounts and calendars you are authorized to access. Google controls access to its services and may require additional authorization or verification.
Your responsibilities
Protect your computer, Google account, and local credentials. Do not use the integration to gain unauthorized access, interfere with services, or violate applicable law or another person’s rights. Review the permissions shown by Google before granting access.
Privacy
The privacy policy explains the data accessed, local storage, providers involved, and how to disconnect and delete local data.
Third-party software and services
The Calendar for Omarchy plugin is maintained by tmn73 and distributed under its own open-source license. These terms do not replace that license or the terms of Google, Omarchy, or other services. Names and trademarks belong to their respective owners; no endorsement is implied.
Availability and accuracy
The integration is provided as available, without a guarantee of uninterrupted synchronization or accurate reminders. Network failures, expired authorization, software changes, and local settings may delay updates. Check Google Calendar directly for important scheduling decisions.
Limitations
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the integration and website are provided without warranties, and the operator is not responsible for losses arising from interruptions, inaccurate calendar displays, or your use of the integration. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.
Stopping use and changes
You can stop using the integration at any time, revoke Google access, and remove local data as described in the privacy policy. The integration or these terms may be updated or discontinued. Revised terms will be posted on this page with an updated date.
